Roller Screen Distributor for Silica Sand

The main design idea of the Roller Screen Distributor is that the Crushing Machine uses multi axis rotation to drive the material forward and screen simultaneously. Its working mechanism is a row of screen shafts, each rotating in the same direction, causing the material to move forward along the screen surface, while stirring the material. Particles smaller than the size of the screen hole fall from the screen hole due to their own weight and the rotating force of the screen shaft. Particles larger than the size of the screen hole remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward and enter the coal crusher for crushing. It is composed of a motor, a speed controller, a bypass mechanism, a screen shaft, a hood, a coal blockage alarm, etc. During operation, the motor drives the screen shaft through a reducer and transmission chain to rotate in the same direction, pushing the material forward on the screen surface. During the rolling process of the material, small pieces of material fall down, and large pieces of material roll over the screen surface and enter the coal crusher.
